PARTY BOOKINGS & AVAILABILITY

How do I book a Kidchella party?

Bookings can be made directly through our website. Select your preferred package and date, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all party details.

How far in advance should I book?

Weekends fill quickly! We recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead to secure your ideal date.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A $100 deposit is needed to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

PARTY PACKAGES & INCLUSIONS

What’s included in a Kidchella party?

Each package varies, but typically includes themed décor, luxe seating or picnic setups, a craft activity, glam bar elements, hosted games, and full setup and pack-down. Add-ons like braid bars, pinatas and favours are also available.

FOOD & CATERING

Do you provide food for the party?

Yes! All Kidchella parties include freshly made fairy floss, cupcakes, donuts, and cordial jugs throughout the party.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes - parents are welcome to supply additional food such as pizzas, grazing platters or snacks.

Do you provide a serving table?

Yes, we can provide a serving table for your supplied food on request.

Do you cater for allergies?

We provide light treats but cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Allergy-friendly food should be supplied by parents. Please notify us of allergies when booking.

Where do you host parties?

Our in house parties are hosted in Harrison St, Cardiff, 2285

KIDS, SUPERVISION & PARENTS

What ages are Kidchella parties suitable for?

Our parties are designed for children aged 6–13 and are tailored to suit both younger kids and tweens/teens.

Do parents need to stay during the party?

For younger groups (ages 6–10), we require a supervising adult remain in the party room. Parents are welcome to stay for all age groups.

How many children can attend?

We offer party packages for up to 10, up to 15, and up to 20 children.
Please note this total includes the birthday child.

Can parents stay inside the party room?

Due to the size of our dedicated party room, a maximum of 5 adults can be inside at any one time.
We do provide a comfortable parent waiting area just outside the party room with chairs and a table for those who wish to stay onsite.

CRAFTS, GLAM & ACTIVITIES

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — we use cosmetic-grade, skin-safe glitter and products. Please advise us of any sensitivities in advance.

Do you supply all craft materials?

Yes, all materials needed for the craft activity are included, along with take-home items.

What if a child has a reaction?

We use gentle products, but sensitivities can vary. Please notify us in advance of any known allergies.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Can I reschedule my party?

Yes — you can reschedule up to 7 days prior to your event, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date or used as credit.

Do you offer party favours?

Yes — we offer themed gift bags, glitter kits, braid vouchers and more.

Can I add extras to my package later?

Yes, you can upgrade your package up to 7 before the event date.

PHOTOS & SOCIAL MEDIA

Do your hosts take photos?

Where possible, yes. We may share highlights on social media with your permission. You may opt out at any time.

Can we take our own photos?

Yes — all party setups are designed to be beautiful and photo-ready.

Do you handle cleanup?

Yes. We manage all setup, hosting and pack-down so you can enjoy a stress-free celebration.
